SHIPPING POLICY
We currently deliver only in selected cities in India. The customer needs to check and verify each product for its damages, expiry dates and quantity while receiving the order. Naivedh Agro Pvt Ltd shall not be responsible for non-availability, delay or any delivery warranties of Products due to various reasons like general holidays, climatic conditions, labour unrest, insolvency, business exigencies, Government decisions, operational & technical issues, Epidemic or Pandemic or any other Act of God or condition beyond the control of Naivedh Agro Pvt Ltd constituting force majeure.
RETURN POLICY
Products may not be eligible for return in any case. However, the Company may replace the product after verification of the underlying concern. Defective merchandise products will be replaced in the next 5-6 working days after placing a request with the customer care team via email or call. For highlighting any defects, please send us an email within 3 days of the receipt of the damaged product along with product pictures on wecare@lapwater.in
